This new silk dress is laid back and chic, making it the perfect pack for vacations or dinner parties. It's cut from soft silk and cinches at the waist  before falling to a simple skirt below. We love the flirty  V neckline made to show off layers of dainty necklaces and the pretty 3/4 length sleeves. And yes, it has pockets!
