Returns

Rungolee merchandise purchased through the website can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, for another item or store credit. Returns must be approved via our return page or contact with our customer service team.  We are not responsible for any items that get lost in the mail. Items worn, altered or washed may not be exchanged. As we receive your return, we will issue an electronic gift card for the item/items returned, that can be used online to order a different item or size. Shipping is not refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
