Rungolee merchandise purchased through the website can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, to the address below. Please include your order receipt with the item/items, as well as the name and size of the items you would like in exchange. We recommend insuring the package you ship to us, as we are not responsible for any items that get lost in the mail. Items worn, altered or washed may not be returned. Shipping is not refundable, unless we have made a shipping error. We will contact you to confirm receipt of returned items and arrange any reimbursement or additional payment as a result of the exchange.
